Packaging machine composition introduction
3.1.1 Packaging machine components
a. Automatic bag making unit
The fully automatic bag making unit consists of a bag loading mechanism, a bag shooting mechanism, a rubbing and hot cutting component, a conveying mechanism, a folding and sewing mechanism, and a bag supply mechanism. The entire fully automatic bag making unit is controlled by a servo motor to ensure the accuracy and controllability of the bag making process. The specially designed pre-tightening bag loading mechanism cooperates with the servo motor to accurately control the entire bag shooting process, effectively improving the bag making yield and reducing material waste in the bag making process for customers. The double folding and sewing mechanism folds the bag mouth twice in a row during the folding process, which doubles the strength and sealing of the bag mouth and eliminates the possibility of leakage from the bag mouth.
b. Bag feeding device
The bag feeding mechanism is mainly used to suck up the woven bags placed horizontally on the bag preparation platform, rotate them 90 degrees and send them to the bag clamping, shrinking and bag opening mechanism stations during the continuous production process. When the clamps of the bag clamping mechanism clamp the bag, the bag feeding mechanism resets and the cycle continues.
c. Door retraction and bag opening device
When the bag feeding device delivers the woven bag to the bag-shrinking and clamping station, the sensor on the bag feeding machine senses that the bag is in place and sends a bag-feeding completion signal. At the same time, the PLC sends a start bag-clamping signal, and then the bag-clamping mechanism and the bag-shrinking clamp the bag mouth. At the same time, the bag is opened and the material is discharged.
d. Bag holding device
During the material filling process, the supporting plate of the bag holding mechanism moves upward to hold the bag and bear the packaging weight of the material. After the material is filled, the movement of the holding board will hug the filled bag, and at the same time, the clamping board will flatten the mouth of the bag, and then push the cylinder to move the bag from the unloading station to the jaw for shaping.
e. Jaw shaping
The main function of this mechanism is to introduce the woven bags filled with materials to the finished product conveyor and enter the sewing station. The pinch shaping guide belt is driven by a servo motor to meet the needs of different speeds and sewing bags.

3.1.2 Packaging machine interlock
a. Alarm for bag shortage in bag feeding machine
When the supply bag is used up, the indicator light and buzzer will alarm and display. If the bags are not supplied in time when all the bag rolls are used up, the packaging unit will automatically stop working.
b. Insufficient air pressure
When the air pressure is lower than the set value, the packaging machine stops working. At the same time, the indicator light and buzzer alarm.
c. Clip pockets and open pockets
When the empty bag is not clamped or the mouth of the bag is not fully opened, the empty bag that failed to be loaded is automatically blown out of the bagging area.
d. Thread Broken
Alarm for sewing bag thread breakage. At the same time the packaging machine stops.
e.   Safety door switch
The packaging machine stops automatically when the safety door is opened.
f. Post process chain shutdown
The packaging machine provides a chain signal. If there is a failure or a pause signal in the subsequent process, the packaging machine will stop after receiving the signal.
