Additional Notes:
1. Bag Composition: The bag material options include paper laminate, woven bag (featuring an interior film), or a plastic bag. The bag opening is designed as a cold-cut packaging bag.
2. Sewing Machine Thread: Utilize durable thread comprising 3×3 strands of robust vinylon or polyester tower thread.
3. Plastic Packaging Bag Requirements: Bags should be laid flat within the carton, free from rope ties, bending, or discounting. They should be devoid of static electricity and sticky chains. The plastic packaging clasps should maintain regular positions and shapes.
4. Woven Bag Packaging Standards: Ensure bags are flat with no nest corners or bends. For bags with hand-held buckles, the buckle's lower opening line must be between 43mm to 45mm from the bag mouth, with a clasp width of 70mm±2mm and a clasp thickness of 17mm±1mm, as illustrated. Cold cutting and double-sided lamination are essential for woven bags.
