ZDJ-1800 secondary bagging machine is a part of the automatic packaging, bagging and palletizing production line. It is used in conjunction with automatic sewing bags in the production line to complete the secondary bagging work of manual bagging, automatic bagging and sewing bags. It can realize (5-10) kg double-sided packaging semi-automatic bagging, and can realize (5-10) kg double-sided packaging products to switch back and forth by adjusting the hand wheel. Scope of application: It is suitable for bagging double-sided packaging products such as rice and flour.

1. Inner bag size measurement process

• Fill the inner bag with materials (for example: rice), sew the seam well, and place it on a flat ground to ensure that the inner bag is laid flat and the outside is even, without any abnormalities such as bulges or depressions.

• Use a tape measure to measure the length, width and height of the material area of the inner bag.

1. High bagging efficiency: the pre-storage station design is adopted for bagging, and the bagging speed is fast. First store 4 bags before bagging, reducing the waiting time for bagging when bagging.
