Product Description
ZDJ-1800 secondary bagging machine is a part of the automatic packaging, bagging and palletizing production line. It is used in conjunction with automatic sewing bags in the production line to complete the secondary bagging work of manual bagging, automatic bagging and sewing bags. It can realize (5-10) kg double-sided packaging semi-automatic bagging, and can realize (5-10) kg double-sided packaging products to switch back and forth by adjusting the hand wheel. Scope of application: It is suitable for bagging double-sided packaging products such as rice and flour.

- Inner bag size measurement process
- Fill the inner bag with materials (for example: rice), sew the seam well, and place it on a flat ground to ensure that the inner bag is laid flat and the outside is even, without any abnormalities such as bulges or depressions.
- Use a tape measure to measure the length, width and height of the material area of the inner bag.

Features
- High bagging efficiency: the pre-storage station design is adopted for bagging, and the bagging speed is fast. First store 4 bags before bagging, reducing the waiting time for bagging when bagging.
- Wide range of application: it can realize (5-10) kg bagging of various double-sided packaging products. According to the size of the bag to be loaded into the bag, by adjusting the hand wheel, the product bag can be switched back and forth. Adapt to the needs of flexible production.
- Good bagging effect: This product adopts drop-type bagging, abandoning the traditional sliding-type bagging. Sending through the lifting conveyor can reduce the falling stroke of the bag, thus ensuring the bag shape when the bag falls. The bag feeding conveyor adopts servo system, which has fast moving speed and low running noise.
- Good man-machine interface: easy operation and maintenance. The equipment has a fault self-test prompt function, and the fault can be quickly eliminated according to the fault prompt.
