The ZDJ-1800 secondary bagging machine, manufactured by Anhui Yongcheng Electronic Mechanical Technology Co., Ltd., is an essential component of an automatic packaging, bagging, and palletizing production line. Inner Bag Size Measurement Process
Fill the inner bag with materials (e.g., rice), sew the seam securely, and place it on a flat surface to ensure it lays flat with an even outside surface, free from any bulges or depressions.
Measure the length, width, and height of the inner bag material area using a tape measure.
Ensure bag dimensions meet requirements:
- Length: Maximum between seam lines
- Width: Widest inner bag size
- Thickness: Height of inner bag
