Packing and palletizing process steps: Unloading from the silo->Fully automatic packaging->Pushing and unpacking->Conveying->Metal detection (optional)->Packing->Sealing->Weight re-inspection (optional) -> abnormal rejection (optional) -> 10 bag capture and palletizing -> forklift transportation


1. Woven bag packaging unit for packaging;
2. The rice bags are transported horizontally and orderly to the main line conveying unit through the automatic lifting gantry pushing bag (or automatic lifting and dumping) system;
3. The conveyor unit controls the rice bags to be arranged and transported in an orderly manner through segmentation and start-stop systems to achieve no clogging or stacking of bales;
4. The rice bags are transported to the palletizing area through the conveyor unit to be coded;
5. The robot automatically pallets, the palletizing is completed, and the forklift takes it into the warehouse;
6. If online loading is required, the conveyor will be directly transported to the online loading system and loaded directly;
7. If metal detection is required, add a metal detector to the conveyor line. After passing the test, it will be palletized or loaded online.
