Packing and palletizing process steps: Unloading from the silo -> Fully automatic packaging -> Pushing and unpacking -> Conveying -> Metal detection (optional) -> Packing -> Sealing -> Weight re-inspection (optional) -> Abnormal rejection (optional) -> 10-bag capture and palletizing -> Forklift transportation
1. Woven bag packaging unit for robust and secure packaging;
2. The rice bags are horizontally and systematically transported to the main line through the automatic lifting gantry pushing bag (or automatic lifting and dumping) system;
3. The conveyor unit ensures the rice bags are arranged and transported systematically through segmentation and start-stop systems to avoid clogging or stacking;
4. The rice bags are transported to the palletizing area through the conveyor unit for coding;
5. The robot automatically pallets the bags, completing the palletizing, then the forklift transports them to the warehouse;
6. If online loading is required, the conveyor system directly transports the bags to the online loading system for immediate loading;
7. If metal detection is necessary, a metal detector is integrated into the conveyor line. Upon passing the test, the products will be palletized or loaded directly online.
