Scope of Application
It is suitable for automatic quantitative packaging of materials with good fluidity (such as:bean,rice, sugar, feed, plastic granules, etc.).
Features
(1) The international advanced high-precision weighing sensor and batching controller are adopted. The controller adopts a high-performance A/D converter with a conversion rate of 480 times per second and an input sensitivity of 0.5μν/d. The measurement accuracy is high and the stability is good.
(2) Specially designed three-sensor support. This structure eliminates the problems of stress point offset and signal distortion caused by uneven distribution of materials in the weighing hopper.
(3) The specially designed multi-stage feeding mechanism, combined with the control algorithm of the controller, makes the packaging speed of the scale fast and the accuracy is high. The independent double-cylinder feeding overcomes the unavoidable use of three-position cylinders that have troubled quantitative packaging equipment for many years. The sealing ring is easy to wear this difficulty.
(4) The specially designed sensor and cylinder airtight working room completely isolate the corrosion and wear of the cylinder and sensor by rice flour, dust and water vapor, greatly prolonging the trouble-free operation time of the equipment.
(5) There is a manual control mode, which can be manually operated to control the feeding and bag loosening mechanisms separately, so as to facilitate the cleaning of agglomerated and blocked materials.
(6) Automatic bag sewing and automatic thread cutting functions.
(7) It has the functions of automatic counting of the number of packages and package quantity, printing and data communication.
(8) The parts in contact with the material are made of stainless steel, which is corrosion-resistant and prolongs the service life of the equipment
