Features

1,Adopt high-precision weighing sensor and quantitative controller. The controller adopts high-performance A/D converter, with high measurement accuracy and good stability.
2,It adopts a three-sensor structure, the weighing cylinder has a balanced layout and reasonable force, which increases the service life of the equipment. It is not affected by the vibration of the workshop machines and has higher stability and anti-interference ability;
3,The specially designed multi-stage feeding mechanism, combined with the controller's control algorithm, enables the scale to pack quickly and accurately;     
4,Equipped with manual control mode, the material discharge and bag loosening mechanisms can be controlled manually, making it easier to clean up agglomerated and blocked materials.
5,To prevent rodent damage and acid corrosion, we use a closed studio. All lines, sensors, and solenoid valves use steel wire troughs or protective iron boxes, which completely isolate the corrosion and wear of rice flour and water vapor on the cylinder and sensor, extending the trouble-free operation time of the equipment.
6,The cylinder works frequently and has high intensity. The dual-cylinder discharge mechanism we developed solves many problems such as the cylinder is used too frequently, resulting in short life of cylinder and solenoid valve components, many failures, unstable performance, etc.
7,The dual feeding mechanism of gravity and special vibrator, combined with the control algorithm of the controller, makes the scale packing fast and accurate.
8,Automatic lifting conveyor, core components adopt well-known brands, advanced functions, stable and reliable structure;
