- Engineered with a unique three-stage feeding mechanism design, our advanced control algorithm seamlessly coordinates with the controller, delivering fast packaging speeds and pinpoint accuracy.
- The system includes an over-tolerance alarm for heightened operational reliability.
- Our intuitive operation system allows the operator to simply cover the bag and touch the bag clamping switch, triggering the automatic completion of feeding, filling, and unloading processes.
- For added convenience, the machine is equipped with a manual control switch. This lets the operator independently manage the "unloading" and "loose bag" mechanisms, facilitating the easy cleaning of residual, agglomerated, or blocked materials.
- The machine is designed with functions for statistical display of the number of packages and cumulative weight, offering comprehensive operational insights.
