ZXJ-1400 fully automatic packing unit, also known as rectangular coordinate robot, is a robot system based on the mathematical model of XY rectangular coordinate system, a single-axis mechanical arm driven by a servo motor, and a common transmission method of synchronous belts and gear racks. The rectangular coordinate robot can be used in common industrial production fields such as packing, palletizing, sorting, handling, loading and unloading, etc., which can replace manual labor and improve production efficiency.
The ZXJ-1400 fully automatic case packing unit is a fully automatic case packing equipment with continuous case supply, continuous bag supply and multi-station case packing. It can realize fully automatic case packing of (2.5-10) kg double-sided vacuum packaging and can realize quick production change with one-button switching.
Application scope: Suitable for vacuum packaging of granular materials in industries such as rice, grains, and food.
