- Innovatively designed with a three-sensor support system, this structure prevents issues related to displacement of force points and signal distortion caused by uneven material distribution in the weighing hopper.
2. The specially engineered sealed sensor compartment completely shields the sensor from corrosion and wear caused by rice flour, dust, and water vapor, significantly extending the device's trouble-free operation time.
3. The action mechanism operates via a unique motor, eliminating the need for a working air source.
4. Features both manual and automatic control modes. Operators can manually manage the unwinding and feeding mechanisms to easily clean agglomerated and blocked materials. Once the 'target value' is set, simply press the 'automatic' button, and the flow scale instantly transitions into continuous 'metering and discharging' operations.
5. Utilizes internationally advanced high-precision weighing sensors and a quantitative controller. The controller employs a high-performance A/D converter with a conversion rate of 200 times/second, input sensitivity of 0.5μν/d, ensuring high measurement accuracy and excellent stability.
6. The specially designed multi-stage feeding mechanism, paired with the controller's control algorithm, ensures high weighing speed and accuracy.
7. Equipped with automatic statistics, printing, and data communication functions for output.
