Product Description
ZXJ-1400 automatic packing unit, also known as Cartesian coordinate robot. It is a robot system based on the mathematical model based on the XY rectangular coordinate system, a single-axis manipulator driven by a servo motor, and a synchronous belt and rack and pinion as common transmission methods. Cartesian coordinate robots can be used in packing, Palletizing, sorting, handling, loading and unloading and other common industrial production fields can replace labor and improve production efficiency.
ZXJ-1400 automatic packing unit is a continuous case supply-continuous package supply-multi-station case packing automatic packing equipment. It can realize (2.5~10) kg double-sided vacuum packaging and automatic packing, and can realize one-button switching and quick production change.
Scope of Application
It is suitable for vacuum packaging of granular materials in rice, miscellaneous grains, food and other industries.

Instructions on package
- Packing quantity: 2.5kg*4 bags/carton, 5kg*4 bags/carton, 10kg*3 bags/carton.
- Carton size range: L+W≤800mm H+W/2≤450 mm.
- Detailed description: height of swing cover h=width (W)/2-1, crease depth of long side (short side)=plate thickness (1/2~2/3)
- The surface of the carton is smooth, flat, and kept dry. The error rate of the length, width and height of the carton is not more than ±3mm
- Remarks: Due to the differences in the specific gravity and polishing degree of various rice and other materials, there will be differences in the thickness and width of the finished product packaging, so the general carton production is to wait for the on-site material packaging to confirm the size after on-site proofing.
